Critical Preparedness, LLC is a woman-owned consulting firm, based in the Great State of Texas. Founded by Donna Hurley, who has an extensive 30-year background in manufacturing and ISO compliance.

Critical Preparedness, LLC is a full-service emergency and disaster management consulting firm providing Preparedness, Response, Recovery and Mitigation consulting services to local governments, and the critical infrastructure and key resource (CI/KR) sectors identified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (USDHS).
Critical Preparedness, LLC is a woman-owned consulting firm, based in Texas. Founded by Donna Hurley, who has an extensive 30-year background in manufacturing and ISO compliance. Donna is joined by Dionne Beckner, who has been employed in the healthcare sector for the last 16 years, and Anthony Hurley, who for 40 years has served in executive positions with a Fortune 200 corporation, and a consulting firm, with an extensive background in utilities, and providing emergency management and physical security consulting services to municipal, government and private sector clients. Anthony Hurley has been a leader in addressing response and recovery challenges and continues to provide innovative solutions for mitigation and preparedness to clients within the continental U.S. (CONUS), the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

Donna was the first person to welcome me into my new neighborhood. Since I have known her I've seen firsthand her dedication to helping and serving others in many different ways. She has volunteered at a program for special needs adults, as well as helped a family that had a family member (young woman) with cerebral palsy. Tony Hurley has been a leader in the utility industry on emerging critical infrastructure protection issues. He has a wealth of experience in operations and emergency operations. I saw this firsthand as the President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities overseeing operations of Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L). As the new VP of Operations at JCPL Tony immediately took the helm of mandated projects to for new emergency management protocols. Besides meeting the projects milestones, his utility excelled at implementing the Incident Command System (ICS), planning and executing exercises and drills, and improving crisis communications capabilities. As a direct of his leadership, the company reduced restoration and storm recovery times, implemented enhanced hurricane and storm preparedness, and improved customer satisfaction.
